Sometimes, your wallet opts out of an asset when interacting with other apps. This is quite frequent on Algorand. Without opting in, you won’t be able to interact with the NFT.

To opt-in, you just have to go to the NFT, click on the three dots > Opt-in asset.

If you're opted-in already, you will see "Opted-in".

Once you're opted in, try again your procedure.

Note that you can lower the price without cancelling, if you estimate that the price is too high and you would like to sell faster. Increasing the price of a listing is not allowed for security reasons and to avoid abuse during a sale. If you wish to increase the price after changing your mind, you will need to cancel your listing and re-list.
