If you're using an iPhone, pop-up windows may be disabled. You need to enable the pop-up windows.

1. Go to settings

2. Click on "Safari"

3. Uncheck the checkbox "Block Pop-Ups"

Then try again. A pop-up window should open on top of EXA Market to ask you to authorize Twitter to connect to EXA Market.
